Associate Director - RE Feasibility

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Associate Director - Investment Attraction to join a high-impact team on one of Saudi Arabia's flagship real estate Giga projects. This role will play a critical part in driving private sector investment across key sectors, forging strategic partnerships, and contributing to the project's long-term economic sustainability and vision.

Description

1. Develop and execute comprehensive investment attraction strategies aligned with the Giga project's masterplan and economic goals.
2. Identify, engage, and manage relationships with high-potential investors, developers, operators, and institutional partners from local, regional, and international markets.
3. Coordinate and participate in investor roadshows, forums, and high-level meetings to promote investment opportunities across sectors such as hospitality, retail, entertainment, residential, and infrastructure.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (master planning, legal, finance, development) to structure compelling investment propositions and commercial offerings.
5. Lead the end-to-end investment process including sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, and onboarding of partners.
6. Prepare high-quality investment briefs, financial models, business cases, and pitch materials for internal and external stakeholders.
7. Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and competitive landscapes to refine targeting strategies and enhance the project's value proposition.
8. Act as a key liaison between investors and internal departments to ensure alignment on development timelines, commercial terms, and delivery.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Real Estate; Master's or MBA preferred.
2. 15+ years of experience in investment promotion, real estate development, corporate finance, or economic development - ideally with exposure to Giga projects or large-scale mixed-use developments.
3. Strong network of regional and international investors and operators in real estate and related sectors.
4. Proven track record of structuring and closing investment deals or public-private partnerships.
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
