This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury mixed-use development in Riyadh, KSA.Mace are providing project management consultancy services.

You will lead the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.
You will be responsible for best-in-class service delivery and effective engagement with wider industry and professional bodies to promote Mace
You will be a recognised expert in project controls, with a strong internal and external network (e.g. clients, contractors, consultancies and other stakeholders).
You will be accountable for the Project Controls Services performance on assigned commission/s.
You will be creating/designing effective project controls framework/strategy/s.
You will be managing and directing clients, consultants, contractors, project team on all project controls management matters.
You will be a trusted advisor to and builds strong professional relationships with Client organisations.
You will be acting as the project controls subject matter expert on assigned project/s, /programme/portfolio/s.
You will be leading and directing the project team in the administration of project controls process, particularly with respect to the cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting to achieve key objectives and the escalation of performance and management issues.
You will be leading and directing periodic reporting and structured governance and performance meetings.
You will be leading and directing the developing and managing the baseline (scope, time, cost, risk, assumptions) and the subsequent delivery performance, change and contingency monitoring including the delivery of quantitative risk analysis (cost and time).
You will be ensuring that all activities/operations are carried out in line with Mace control centre, client requirements and prevailing legislation.
You will be providing line management to more junior project controls resources and other project/programme staff as required.
You will be utilising expertise to mentor and assist the personal and career development of junior members of the PMO and project control team.

You’ll need to have:
Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
Experience working on large scale developments in the GCC is required for this role.
Member of a relevant professional body.
