This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury mixed-use development in Riyadh, KSA. Mace are providing project management consultancy services.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Collaborates with senior internal and external stakeholders to align and integrate end-to-endsupply chainstrategies.

  • Champions innovation and best practices, promoting excellence in health, safety, wellbeing, and quality standards across allsupply chainactivities.

  • Manages, influences, and negotiates with senior stakeholders (including C-suite) to alignprocurementstrategies with organizational goals.

  • Providesstrategic guidanceon bid andprocurementstrategies, including oversight of bid development, tender processes, and evaluation frameworks.

  • Leadssupply chainperformance initiatives such as market intelligence,risk mitigation, andsupply chainresilience.

  • Oversees commercial management of contracts and provides expert advisory services onprocurement strategy, compliance, and policy development.

  • Drives continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and industry-leading practices acrossprocurementoperations.

  • Leads transformational change initiatives to optimizesupply chainefficiency and business value.

  • Provides strategic leadership and direction through effective management of teams and functional leads.

  • Oversees large teams of direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture focused on KPIs and continuous improvement.

  • Leads performance management, career development, and coaching to build capability and long-term team success.

  • Actively contributes to net zero carbon goals by identifying and managing opportunities for carbon reduction across thesupply chainand project delivery lifecycle.

You’ll need to have:

  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

  • Member of a relevant professional body (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply)
