As Lendo continues to scale, we’re seeking a proactive and analytical Associate Director to strengthen our institutional investor relationships and support financing strategies. In this role, you’ll play a key part in capital-raising efforts by engaging with banks, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, and other institutional partners.

Responsibilities
  • Support in developing and executing capital-raising strategies targeting institutional investors, banks, asset managers, and sovereign wealth funds.
  • Manage day-to-day investor engagement: preparing presentations, performance updates, and responding to due diligence requests.
  • Assist in structuring and negotiating financing transactions (warehouse lines, sukuk issuances, securitizations, mezzanine facilities).
  • Guide investors through the full cycle: from initial engagement to documentation, legalization, and contract signing.
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, credit and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
  • Monitor covenant compliance, investor reporting obligations, and risk retention requirements.
  • Ensure activities align with CMA, SAMA, and international standards while respecting Shariah-compliant frameworks.
  • Leverage financial and market data to support investor discussions and decision-making.
  • Build, analyze, and present data dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Monitor investment performance, trends, and industry benchmarks (particularly in the mining and related sectors) to inform both internal strategy and external communications.
Qualifications
  • 4–10 years of experience in structured finance, investment banking, asset management, or fintech financing.
  • Strong background in financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and transaction analytics.
  • Solid understanding of sukuk, securitization, and alternative credit structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with institutional investors and present complex financial information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL/Python, or BI tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or FRM preferred.
  • Arabic language skills a plus, but not required.
