The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use developments including sports, entertainment and arts infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing contracts and commercial aspects for a major mixed-use development in Jeddah, including evaluating claims for delays and additional costs.


• Preparing contract documents, managing teams, and ensuring KPIs are met. Overseeing cost control, producing monthly cost reports, and identifying costs from design changes and client charges.


• Experience in commercial management and change control is essential. Leading cost management services and fostering client relationships. Ensuring a safe, inclusive environment and adherence to health and safety regulations.

You’ll need to have:

• Ability to navigate through complex procurement routes.


• Demonstrable experience in commercial management across a variety of sectors.


• Proven experience in areas such as change control management.


• Proven experience of different types of contracts including the method of measurement.
