We are seeking a skilled Benefits Manager to develop and oversee our employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive benefits strategy aligned with the organization's goals, culture, and employee needs.
  2. Conduct regular assessments of benefits offerings to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  3. Collaborate with HR leadership to determine appropriate benefit offerings and levels.
  4. Design, implement, and administer various benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
  5. Manage relationships with external benefit providers and vendors.
  6. Monitor and control benefits costs to align with the organization’s budget.
  7. Explore opportunities to enhance benefits without compromising employee satisfaction and engagement.
  8. Negotiate favorable terms with benefits providers.
  9. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to educate employees about benefits programs and entitlements.
  10. Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees regarding benefits enrollment, claims, and changes.
  11. Lead and manage a benefits team, providing mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities.
Qualifications
