Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Director to join our team, focusing on the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Industrial, and Logistics sectors. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client relationships across the region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our consulting services and achieving targeted growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients across the region in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Industrial, and Logistics sectors.
  2. Effectively communicate and promote our consulting capabilities to prospective clients.
  3. Generate qualified leads and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  4. Support the development of compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
  5. Manage the proposal submission process and follow up with clients.
  6. Drive the financial closure of proposals and negotiate terms.
  7. Establish and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  9. Meet or exceed assigned business development targets.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  2. 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in consulting or related industries.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong knowledge of the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Industrial, and Logistics sectors.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
  7. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  8. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  9. Willingness to travel around GCC as required.
  10. Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
