Responsible for building client relationships and monitoring a team, while collaborating with senior leadership (Business Lead / CEO), various departments of the agency (creative, strategy, production), and potential partners from Publicis Group (media, Vertical, Epsilon, Sapient).
Ensure the smooth development of brand strategies and integrated communication, translating business needs into creative challenges and ensuring timely delivery milestones.
Identify and develop opportunities to drive new business proposals involving group capabilities.
Inspire, mentor, and guide the career development of junior team members.
Lead the development of end-to-end campaigns in collaboration with the agency’s departments (strategy, creative services, creative, production) and, when required, with other Publicis Group teams such as media, Publicis Content, Data & Sciences, e-commerce, Sapient, or Epsilon.
Develop, lead, and own the agreed Scope of Work (SOW) per client.
Manage day-to-day client relationships and work with a wide spectrum of clients.
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 8 years in related fields such as communication, digital, or marketing.
