What this job involves

As an associate/director in the Landlord Leasing & Advisory team, you will advise landlord clients throughout office leasing campaigns and development cycles. You will work in a diverse, dynamic environment, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams. Office experience is essential for this role.

• Lead delivery of key KSA leasing and advisory projects
• Advise landlords on marketing and leasing strategies for successful campaigns
• Execute leasing campaigns, engaging with leasing agents across KSA
• Provide advice on leasing and development of office schemes in Saudi Arabia, including occupier attraction, market positioning, design input, and leasing strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with team members
• Input data into internal databases

• Strong customer relations and analytical skills
