What this job involves
As an Associate/Director in the Landlord Leasing & Advisory team, you will be responsible for advising our landlord clients throughout office leasing campaigns and the office development cycle. You will work in a diverse and dynamic environment, collaborating closely with our clients and internal teams. Specific office experience is essential for this role.
- Lead delivery of key leasing and advisory projects in KSA.
- Advise landlords on optimal marketing and leasing strategies to ensure successful campaigns.
- Execute leasing campaigns, engaging closely with leasing agents across the KSA market.
- Provide advice on leasing and development of office schemes in Saudi Arabia, including occupier attraction, market positioning, design & amenities input, delivery schemes, and marketing strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and work with team members to secure them.
- Maintain and input data into internal databases.
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail, proactivity, creativity, and enthusiasm.
- Exhibit honesty, integrity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in a multicultural environment.
- Show genuine interest in office development and KSA's Vision 2030 and beyond.
- Communicate clearly with strong presentation skills in English and Arabic.
- Be committed to living and working in Riyadh, with the ability to travel within KSA.
- Possess at least 3+ years of experience in office leasing (preferred).
- Have excellent report writing and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Be based in Riyadh; knowledge of the local KSA leasing market is a plus but not essential.
- Demonstrate good administrative, IT, numeracy, and analytical skills.
- Exhibit strong customer relations and communication skills.
