Basic Function

Participate in the activities required to support management design and execute the company’s strategy by identifying, planning and implementing its long-term objectives. The Associate Strategy and Enterprise Risk Analyst may assist management in reducing enterprise risk, developing a framework to manage unacceptable risks and resolve risk gaps in coordinating business operating plans, budget and resources as needed by the Organization. He/she is involved in producing, analyzing internal and external data to support management decision-making process.


Scope

The Associate Strategy and Enterprise Risk Analyst may support the development and implementation of various strategic initiatives and business plans. He/she may support other departments in determining risks and creating risk mitigation action plans. He/she is also involved in creating reports, analyzing data and identifying trends that will support management on deciding the path that the business or project will take to achieve its strategic goal.


Principal Contacts

Internal: Daily with Team lead and team members, divisions and departments’ staff to coordinate activities and develop data.


External: contacts with other organizations for reporting requirements if authorized.


Principal Duties

Principal duties include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Support in preparing routine and special reports for review and approval.
  2. Support in conducting studies as required.
  3. Support in developing and maintaining statistical reports.
  4. Assist in the preparation of charts, graphs, and organize relevant statistics.
  5. Support in providing analyses and summaries as assigned and present findings.
  6. Support in collating initiatives generated across the organization and classifying them into strategic, tactical or operational.
  7. Assist in formulation of strategies for enhancing organizational performance.
  8. Provide assistance in standardizing processes, methodologies, project management practices and tools across the enterprise.
  9. Assist in the coordination between different Project Managers and act as a liaison with all stakeholders.
  10. Track initiatives and projects across the organization and audit these to check for compliance to best practices, as well as develop reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
  11. Provide support in identifying risks, collate and evaluate risks, prioritize risks.
  12. Provide support if needed to help management in managing those risks by highlighting status of mitigation actions.
  13. May assist all level management in managing risks.
  14. Perform other duties as directed and required.

Education

Bachelor degree in related field (Health, Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Statistics).


Experience

Up to 5 years experience in related activities.
