Role Summary:
The Assistant Stakeholder Manager plays a critical role in supporting strategic and operational engagement with stakeholders across all phases of the project. He will be responsible for identifying, managing, and maintaining effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the project. This includes government entities, local communities, regulatory bodies, contractors, and other project partners. The role ensures that stakeholder interests are understood, considered, and aligned with project goals to minimize risks and support smooth project delivery. The Assistant Stakeholder Manager is also tasked with maintaining comprehensive records of stakeholder interactions, managing risks related to stakeholder relations, and contributing to reporting and briefing materials for project leadership. The role demands strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholder contexts.

Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
· 6 to 9 years of experience, proven experience in stakeholder management.
