As an Assistant Revenue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue goals by analyzing data and providing strategic recommendations that enhance occupancy and optimize overall profitability. You will work closely with the team to maximize room rates, services, and distribution strategies.
Assist the Revenue Manager in developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize return on investment and drive revenue.
Monitor and analyze daily performance data related to occupancy, rates, and revenue to provide accurate reports.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure alignment in achieving shared revenue goals.
Track competitive performance and market trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Manage and review monthly revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Support promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue across all channels.
Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for increased revenue through various products and services.
Assist in defining room distribution strategies across various booking channels.
Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in revenue management or financial analysis within the hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of analytical tools and software, such as Excel and/or Revenue Management Systems (PMS, RMS).
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Fluency in the local language(s) (additional languages are a plus).
