Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Revenue professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As an Assistant Revenue Manager, you will assist the Revenue Manager in capturing unexpected opportunities and implementing recovery plans to counteract threats to the business. You will oversee the maximization of revenue through the combined efforts of the Reservations and Sales Departments. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per company standards and communicating insights with the management team to support revenue management decisions and ensure targets are met.
  2. Monitoring and analyzing room inventory using Revenue Management systems to maximize occupancy and revenue by managing room group blocks, demand levels, and restriction planning.
  3. Assisting the Sales team with performance analysis to enable flexible and profitable pricing proposals for re-contracting.
  4. Understanding the dynamics of local, regional, and international political and economic markets and all demand generators.
  5. Responding to group and MICE inquiries with effective selling strategies.
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experience

Ideally, you should hold a degree in hospitality and have previous experience within the Reservations or Revenue Department of a hotel. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, are essential. Computer literacy and experience with Opera are highly desirable.
