About the location:
The Residences (Assistant) Manager plays a vital role in the successful day-to-day operation of the Residential community within the luxury ecosystem of Four Seasons Red Sea. This position is responsible for supporting HOA administration, owner relations, financial oversight, project coordination, and ensuring the highest levels of service for residential owners.
Working in close alignment with the Director of Residences, this role requires someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in luxury hospitality or branded residential environments, ideally with HOA experience.
Resident Experience & Coordination
Serve as the point of contact between residents and hotel departments including Rooms, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security.
Ensure consistent delivery of personalized service and recognition for residents by maintaining accurate resident profiles.
Regularly attend and prepare for HOA and committee meetings to support governance and community involvement.
Interact directly with residents to manage feedback, resolve issues, and update Golden HOME with accurate information.
Financial Management & HOA Billing
Manage and distribute accurate monthly house account statements to residents.
Oversee the complete HOA billing process: issue statements, track payments, and follow up on delinquencies.
Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely vendor payments and invoice verification.
Prepare and distribute monthly Opera-based resident spend reports and utility aging reports.
Engineering & Maintenance Oversight
Assist with the planning and execution of projects requiring unit access or impacting shared facilities.
Conduct regular inspections of common areas and coordinate with Engineering and Landscaping for corrective action.
Communicate progress of in-unit work and coordinate timelines with relevant departments and residents.
Leadership & Human Resources
Work with People & Culture and L&D teams to support staffing, training, and disciplinary processes for residential employees.
Foster a positive and ethical work environment, leading by example and supporting the team’s professional growth.
Support safety initiatives and emergency response protocols in coordination with Security.
Legal, Operational & Community Relations
Educate owners on their rights and obligations as defined by legal agreements and HOA regulations.
Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and annual HOA meetings.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with external stakeholders including the developer, vendors, and local community representatives.
Attend community and business functions to promote engagement and goodwill.
