Our cost and commercial team are looking for Graduates to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities:

• Pre-contract Quantity Surveying work
• Cost management, including calculating measurements, Bill of Quantities, cost estimating, billing, and elemental breakdowns
• Supporting project management and tendering
• Preparing estimates of variation work
• Supporting conceptual design
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, other professional bodies, and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental procedures
• Participating in site work as part of training experience

You will be supported professionally and financially towards achieving your accreditation through an internationally recognized professional institution, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• No more than two years of relevant work experience
• Drive and self-motivation to achieve chartered status with the relevant institution
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in English (verbal & written) within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
• Knowledge of BIM and its applications is an advantage
• Saudi national
