Job Summary

The Assistant Manager – Quality will lead and support corporate quality and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The role drives operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a strong culture of quality and safety across oil, gas, and industrial operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain corporate quality and safety policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Lead audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with ISO, HSE, and industry regulations.
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Analyze quality and safety data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to embed quality and safety practices.
  • Conduct training and awareness programs for employees on quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management on quality and safety performance.
Qualifications & Experience
