Job Description :

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Assistant Operations Manager to join our team to oversee and manage the operational aspects of a major infrastructure engagement based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

You will have extensive experience in supporting operations management, preferably within the infrastructure or construction sectors, and a strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business environment.

What You'll Be Doing :
  1. Support and deliver internal day-to-day operations to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  3. Support the management of sub-consultant contracts and internal procurement procedures.
  4. Lead aspects of, and coordinate project teams with finance and human resources.
  5. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  6. Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and their impact on operations.
  8. Oversee internal project budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  9. Monitor project expenditures and optimize resource allocation.
  10. Work with the finance team to ensure financial goals are met.
  11. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  13. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and local authorities.
  14. Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders.
What Required Skills You'll Bring :
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in a relevant subject
  • At least 10 years' experience in similar positions (HR, Finance, Operations).
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is required.
