Job Description

The Assistant Director of Marketing will assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in planning and executing marketing strategies for the hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all marketing planning and execution strategies to maximize exposure, increase revenues, and achieve market share targets.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, social media, website content, digital and print advertising, collateral, and multimedia assets.
  • Create, manage, and implement media and marketing plans to boost revenues and awareness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, including brand partners, destination marketing, and others.
  • Oversee visual assets, including photos and videos, and manage website content strategy.
  • Collaborate with public relations to leverage social media and influencer strategies.
  • Conduct market surveys to assess current and new service offerings.
