About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team. This role will drive end-to-end recruitment and talent strategy to attract top-tier professionals while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Talent Acquisition in KSA, oversee all hiring activities, manage recruitment processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill manpower needs.
  2. Manage & Develop the Team: Mentor and support the team to enhance performance, productivity, and engagement.
  3. Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Build a robust pipeline through job boards, social media, networking, and external agencies.
  4. Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and hiring managers to refine job requirements and ensure seamless recruitment.
  5. Mass Hiring Operations: Manage and supervise all operations for mass hiring or bulk hiring projects, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality candidate acquisition.
  6. Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize KPIs and analytics to track hiring efficiency, quality of hire, and process improvements.
  7. Market Research & Recruitment Strategies: Conduct market research to develop effective recruitment strategies and stay informed on market trends.
  8. Optimize Recruitment Processes: Implement best practices, enhance selection methodologies, and manage external recruitment channels.
  9. Drive Key Initiatives: Manage programs such as Saudization, Tamheer, and other workforce localization efforts.
  10. Spearhead the recruitment of senior roles by sourcing and screening top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting, to ensure the acquisition of high-caliber professionals.
  11. Analyze recruitment data, generate reports, and recommend improvements to enhance recruitment processes and support organizational growth.
  12. Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.

Profile Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field and CIPD certification is a plus.
  2. 5-7 years of experience, including 2+ years in team management.
  3. Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and best hiring practices.
  4. Experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent strategy, and stakeholder management.
  5. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), data analytics, and recruitment reporting tools.
  6. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to cultivate effective relationships at all organizational levels.
