About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team. This role will drive end-to-end recruitment and talent strategy to attract top-tier professionals while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Talent Acquisition in KSA, oversee all hiring activities, manage recruitment processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill manpower needs.
- Manage & Develop the Team: Mentor and support the team to enhance performance, productivity, and engagement.
- Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Build a robust pipeline through job boards, social media, networking, and external agencies.
- Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and hiring managers to refine job requirements and ensure seamless recruitment.
- Mass Hiring Operations: Manage and supervise all operations for mass hiring or bulk hiring projects, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality candidate acquisition.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize KPIs and analytics to track hiring efficiency, quality of hire, and process improvements.
- Market Research & Recruitment Strategies: Conduct market research to develop effective recruitment strategies and stay informed on market trends.
- Optimize Recruitment Processes: Implement best practices, enhance selection methodologies, and manage external recruitment channels.
- Drive Key Initiatives: Manage programs such as Saudization, Tamheer, and other workforce localization efforts.
- Spearhead the recruitment of senior roles by sourcing and screening top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting, to ensure the acquisition of high-caliber professionals.
- Analyze recruitment data, generate reports, and recommend improvements to enhance recruitment processes and support organizational growth.
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field and CIPD certification is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience, including 2+ years in team management.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and best hiring practices.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent strategy, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), data analytics, and recruitment reporting tools.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to cultivate effective relationships at all organizational levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
