In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our security performance by implementing best practices, conducting assessments, and driving continuous improvement across all security functions.

The Assistant Manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure that security measures are not only effective but also in line with industry standards and organizational goals. Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures aimed at achieving operational excellence.

  • 3-5 years of experience in security operations or management, with a focus on continuous improvement processes.
  • Strong knowledge of security standards, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of training and influencing diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in using security management software and tools.
  • Certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) are a plus.
