Job Summary:
- To help meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. Responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
- A salesperson’s main task is to find potential customers, promote and sell all our services, and build strong relationships to help grow the business.
Responsibility And Authority:
- Plan, Organize and execute sales growth of management system division across the region.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
- Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
- Setting discount rates and determining price schedules.
- Ensure all necessary measures and action to improve customer satisfaction by creating value added competitive offers.
Identifying Prospects
- Research and find potential customers (leads).
- Understand target markets and customer needs.
Customer Engagement
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, or meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Service Presentation
- Explain the features and benefits of all our certification services.
- Customize solutions based on customer requirements.
Sales Negotiation and Closing
- Prepare and present quotations or proposals.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Sales Reporting
- Track sales activities, prepare reports.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, technical, and operations teams.
- Participate in training and sales meetings.
Education And Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business / sales & marketing or any relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management and development in a certification industry across Middle East.
Consulting, Public Safety and Certification industry is mandatory
