Job description

Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of transforming the entertainment landscape in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager - PMIS Solutions to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize the Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) that are essential to our project's success.

Your expertise will help ensure that our teams have access to the tools they need to execute projects efficiently and effectively. You will serve as a key liaison between project teams and IT, focusing on enhancing PMIS functionality and ensuring that it aligns with our project goals.

As part of a collaborative environment, you will lead efforts to integrate PMIS into our workflows, driving improvements and ensuring that management decisions are informed by accurate data.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage PMIS platforms including Oracle Aconex and Oracle Unifier to meet project and organizational requirements.
  • Customize workflows, metadata structures, templates, and user roles based on governance frameworks and project-specific needs.
  • Design and implement digital solutions for document management, cost tracking, schedule integration, and reporting.
  • Act as a functional bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into system configurations, and manage change requests.
  • Ensure the integration of PMIS platforms with enterprise tools such as SAP, Primavera P6, and Power BI.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to maintain platform stability and performance.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to internal users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Oracle and external vendors for technical support, system upgrades, and new feature deployments.
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date system documentation, including configuration logs, process maps, and governance manuals.
  • Support PMO and project teams in generating analytics dashboards and compliance reports using PMIS data


Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in PMIS implementation, configuration, and support within construction, infrastructure, or program management environments.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Aconex and Oracle Unifier is essential
