Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving our marketing efforts through data-driven insights and performance optimization strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop, execute, and monitor effective performance marketing campaigns that maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Your analytical mindset and innovative thinking will be vital in refining our approach to digital marketing and ensuring that our initiatives resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of performance marketing strategies across various digital channels (PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to improve ROI.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive conversions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for performance enhancement.
  • Manage PPC campaigns and budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
  • Assist in the A/B testing of campaigns and landing pages to identify the most effective strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including PPC, SEO, and social media marketing.
