Job Description
Qiddiya Investment Company aims to create an extraordinary entertainment and cultural hub in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Motorsports Marketing to promote our motorsports programs and events.
This role involves crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies to engage audiences and elevate the Qiddiya brand in motorsports. Collaborate with a talented team to ensure marketing efforts resonate with racing enthusiasts and the broader community, fostering interest and participation in our motorsports offerings.
Responsibilities
- Support the marketing manager with updates on strategy and development, coordinating with the corporate marketing team and stakeholders.
- Report on marketing activities, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and brand ethos.
- Consolidate strategic objectives, proof points, and messaging for motorsports core assets and target markets.
- Maintain messaging and highlights for each asset and related campaigns.
- Align look, feel, messaging, content, visuals, and merchandise for activations.
- Support announcements, press releases, social media posts, visuals, videos, and media campaigns for sports assets, developing comprehensive launch plans.
- Identify opportunities within city narratives and B2B events to build awareness through curated content.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in sports or motorsports.
- Strong understanding of motorsports culture and audience engagement.
- Experience with social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, results-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating campaign performance.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in motorsports marketing, fan engagement, and sponsorship activation.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Expertise in integrated marketing communication across digital, broadcast, and experiential platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and high-profile campaigns.
