The opportunity

In your role as an Assistant Manager / Manager for Responsible AI with EY MENA Consulting, you will be among the senior executives of EY Digital Risk competency operating as one team across different MENA offices to serve our MENA clients. You will contribute to our account-centric growth strategy focusing on issue-based and competency-driven client needs. That's what differentiates EY in the consulting marketplace.

Your key responsibilities

You will help our clients evaluate and enhance their business, with a focus on managing the risk arising from ongoing technology developments and the resultant fast-paced changes in their business and operational processes. To make that happen, you will need a strong team and internal network to leverage our intellectual property and lessons learned. Everything you will be involved in comes down to providing excellent customer service and guiding EY teams to do the same. Whether it is working with multiple client teams, advising clients on Responsible AI-related matters, or actively collaborating with EY account teams and partners in business development activities across various sectors, you will build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to your clients.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Proven success in the MENA / GCC region with key clients and industry sectors.
  • A master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline. Alternatively, a degree in business, accounting, or finance, with additional IT qualifications.
  • A master’s degree is preferable.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience working as an IT risk consultant for a professional services firm, a public accounting firm, or as a senior executive in a technology, financial services, or telecom company, or comparable experience as an IT / IS expert.
  • Relevant experience areas include Responsible AI, Digital Risk Management, Business Continuity, IT Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, Third Party Risk Management, Technology Compliance, Asset Management, Mobile Technologies, Emerging Technologies (Robotics, IoT, Cloud, Blockchain), ERP Controls (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics), Technical Controls for IT Systems and Networking, Data Analytics, IT / Business Process & Controls, IT / IS Internal Audit, or Third-Party Reporting.
  • Strong project management, team management, and client service skills.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Ideally, you will also have

  • CISA, CBCP, CISSP, IRM, CISM, and/or CIA certifications are essential for long-term growth; other relevant certifications or experience may be considered based on your background.
