Job summary

Protiviti Middle East Member Firm is seeking an Assistant Manager - Information Technology Auditor to lead IT risk and controls engagements within our Technology Consulting practice. The role covers risk-based planning, reporting, and guiding junior staff while delivering high-quality IT audits across ME industries.

Expectations include senior certification (CISA/CISSP/PMP/ITIL Expert), strong communication, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT consulting experience with IT risk and controls.
• Experience in ISO 27001 / ITIL / COBIT / ISO 20000 frameworks.
• CISA, CISSP, PMP and ITIL (expert) mandatory.
• Arabic language skills are a plus; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare risk-based IT consulting project plans.
• Prepare, discuss and finalize IT consulting reports.
• Monitor and ensure smooth conduct of engagements.
• Carry out assignments per project plan within budget.
• Deliver project files to clients timely.
• Train and guide junior staff for development.
• Maintain strong client relationships at all levels.

Job description

We have a challenging opportunity opened up for the role of Assistant Manager - Information Technology Auditor in our Technology Consulting practice.

Our Technology consulting practice undertakes IT risks and controls assessment, IT Service Management and Information Security Management Consulting, infrastructure and network reviews, information security reviews etc. for clients.

Role Requirements

• Preparing risk based IT Consulting Project Plan.
• Prepare, discuss and finalize IT Consulting reports
• Monitor and ensure the smooth conduct of the IT Consulting engagement.
• Carry out assignments as per the Project plan and within the allocated time budget.
• Deliver project files.
• Train and provide guidance to junior staff in their areas of work for all round development.
• Maintain healthy relationship with all levels of the client personnel at all times.
• Capable to handle multiple assignments across various industries.

Desired profile:

• Minimum 7 years of IT Consulting experience. The candidate will have experience in one of the following areas:
• Ability to understand business and IT processes of various industries.
• Exposure to a well-structured Project management or risk assessment techniques
• Exposure to ISO 27001 / ITIL / CoBIT / ISO 20000 standards and frameworks
• Chartered Accountant / bachelor’s in computer science or information Technology
• CISA / CISSP/ PMP/ ITIL (Expert) is compulsory.
• Strong written and oral communication is essential requirement for the role Arabic speaker add an advantage.
• Other potential certifications – ISO 27001 LA / ITIL (Foundation), CCIE (Security)
