Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will partner closely with our corporate departments to align HR strategies with business objectives and enhance organizational performance.

Your expertise in human resources will provide essential support in talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management. You will play a crucial role in shaping a culture that empowers employees and fosters a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the standard HRBP assistant tasks
  • Improve the accuracy and quality of department data in the HR system and match it with the Org
  • Ensure managers have the required system permissions and access
  • Facilitate the onboarding and integration of new employees with the team and other departments
  • Review and enhance service delivery procedures to reduce turnaround time and increase efficiency
  • Support the annual performance review cycle by helping employees with goal-setting and alignment
  • Collaborate with L&D to assess training needs and develop appropriate training plans
  • Strengthen communication and coordination between the IT department and HR


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnering and employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws in Saudi Arabia
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels within the organization
  • Proven experience in implementing HR initiatives and managing organizational change
  • A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
