Assistant Manager - Graphic Design Sales at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia plays a key role in driving the visual representation and marketing initiatives for the brand. This position is responsible for overseeing graphic design projects, ensuring that they align with the company's branding strategy, and effectively communicate the park's unique experiences and offerings. The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with various teams, including marketing, operations, and merchandise, to create visually appealing content for promotional campaigns, merchandise, and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of graphic designers to create innovative designs that meet the strategic goals of the park
  • Develop and implement graphic design projects from conception through to execution, ensuring they meet timelines and budgets
  • Oversee the creative process, providing guidance and feedback to team members to ensure high-quality output
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather requirements and fulfill design needs for various projects, such as marketing campaigns and merchandise graphics
  • Manage vendor relationships for print and promotional materials, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality standards are met
  • Stay updated with design trends and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovations to the team
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
  • Ensure that all designs are consistent with the Six Flags brand identity and resonate with target audiences
  • Track and analyze the performance of design campaigns and make data-driven improvements
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall marketing strategy for the park


Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in a leadership role, managing design teams, is preferred
  • Proven experience in print and digital media design

Skills

  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
