Assistant Manager Finance (FMCG Company)

Search Consultant at Jobskey Consultancy

Responsible for Financial reporting, Financial Closing, Budgeting and Forecasting, GL maintenance and External/Internal Agencies controlling and reporting

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall Monthly Financial Closing
  • Responsible for the overall budget and forecasting
  • Accrual Management and Control
  • Preparing and controlling Balance Sheet Schedules including rebate agreement
  • Monthly review of expenses and cost center related to BU to ensure quality and correctness of financials.
  • Preparing Monthly/Quarterly/yearly TMR, Budget and Board Presentations
  • Preparing and controlling Monthly Inventory stock provision
  • Responsible for External and Internal Audit
  • Prepare KA, Traditional Trade and Regional/Channel/Brand P&L - Monthly
  • Prepare various analysis related to P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow
  • Monthly review of BU expenses and implementing budgetary control including coordination with stakeholders to ensure no overspend.
  • Conceptualizing and implementing Business Process Automation and Digitization in coordination with IT and business team
  • Monthly Net sales Closing
  • Maintaining the Price value chains of all brands and making sure that prices in system are matched with agreed value chain
  • Controlling the financial spending of the External Agencies (EA) including Customer contracts, Trade Marketing, Business Development Fund
  • Developing monthly EA P&L, controlling the spending, and presenting it to management.

Qualification / Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience (post qualification) in finance covering large corporate.
  • BBA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics, preferred ACA, CMA or other Finance Special Certification.
  • Knowledge in analysis tools and in-depth understanding of financial statements, International Financial Reporting Standard, risk analysis, ratios and key economic indicators and experience in large corporate segments.
  • Good initiative and inter-personal skills, able to work efficiently in a team and independently
  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications and experience in SAP FICO module is highly preferred
  • Experience in FMCG
