Job Overview:

The Assistant Finance Manager supports the Finance Manager in overseeing the financial health of the organization. Responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and assisting in the development and implementation of internal controls. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial functions.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance and key metrics.

• Support in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

• Banking transactions support

• Finance Business Partnering

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

• Assist in coordinating internal and external audits.

• Support tax planning and filing processes in compliance with regulations.

• Evaluate and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures.

• Work closely with other departments to ensure financial integrity and efficiency.

• Assist in preparing financial models and business plans.

• Supervise junior finance staff as required.

• Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent

Certification

  • Required Certification in ACCA, CMA, CA Intermediate, SOCPA

Experience

  • Minimum experience 3 - 7 years in the same field
