A leading hotel is seeking an Assistant Banquet Manager to assist in managing successful events and ensuring high guest satisfaction. Candidates should possess a relevant degree in Hospitality or Event Management and have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a high service standard environment.
To assist the Events/Banquets Manager in managing the assigned functions as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the department’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, and contributing to the financial success of the Events/Banquets operations.
Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or Event Management. Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Assistant Banquet Manager or Banquet Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or event venue with high service standards.
