The AM Commercial Excellence & Culture would be tasked to carry out activities to highlight high achievers on the Commercial Departments. The incumbent will be responsible in cultivating high performance culture through employee engagement, reward and recognition programs.

In this role, you will:

1. Conceive & Develop Performance Excellence Programs to celebrate and enhance employee engagement
2. Liaison with analytics department for performance evaluation & execute reward campaigns
3. Promoting commercial employee engagement activities on Social Media pages with the help of marketing teams
4. Plan and conduct sales excellence conferences in coordination with commercial teams
5. Conduct on floor activities to engage and motivate employees
6. Work with HR to conduct company values related activities
7. Develop budgets for excellence and culture related activities
8. Do MOUs and Contracts with external parties to get discounts and deals for company employees that boost employee engagement

Requirements

1. Bachelors in marketing or business administration.
2. 3+ Years of experience
3. Previous experience in a training and culture related roles.
4. Experience of commercials will be an added advantage
5. Good knowledge of employee engagement
6. Depth knowledge in social media campaigns
7. Sharp strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to translate data insights into a robust performance management strategy
8. Creativity and commercial awareness
9. Good understanding of social media practice
10. Highly articulate individuals with excellent communications and presentation skills are essential.
11. A team player with a customer-oriented approach
12. Strong writing and editing skills
13. Ability to analyse
14. Highly presentation individual with a professional attitude
15. Excellent people management skills
