Position: Assistant Business Development Manager

Report to: Business Development Manager

Department & Section: Business Department

Job Location: Head Office - Dammam

Job Purpose

Will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the development and execution of strategic business initiatives to drive the company&aposs expansion in the construction sector.

Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities in the construction industries.

Client Relationships Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing prospective clients to foster strong partnerships.

Business Strategy Development

Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies aligned with company objectives, focusing on growth and market penetration.

Proposal and Contract Management

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations, to secure new projects and partnerships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams such as Project Management, Engineering, and Finance to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Networking & Presentation

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and the trade shows to enhance the company&aposs visibility & reputation in the market.

Performance Monitoring

Track and analyze business development activities and provide regular reports on key performance indicator (KPls)

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all business development activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Maintain accurate documentations and record proposal , contracts, and clients communication.

Qualifications:

Bachelor&aposs degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. A master&aposs degree is a plus.

Minimum 10 years of experience in business development within the construction industry.

Working experience inKSA

Proven Track record of securing high value projects and building client relationships.

Strong understanding of the construction market, including trends, technologies, and key stakeholders.

knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards in the constructionsector.

Skills:

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).

Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
