This role focuses on designing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions that drive actionable insights across the organization. You will be responsible for creating dynamic visualizations, optimizing reporting processes, and ensuring that our BI architecture meets the evolving needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of BI solutions, including dashboards and reports, using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Design and optimize data models to ensure a seamless data flow and high performance for BI applications.
• Implement data governance practices and ensure data quality and integrity across BI solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their ability to leverage BI tools for decision-making.
• Mentor and guide junior BI developers to foster their growth and development in the BI space.
