A leading company is urgently seeking an Assistant Leasing Manager to lead the leasing department in Taif, Saudi Arabia. Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Retail/Malls leasing/Bank Sales required.

We have an urgent requirement for Assistant Leasing Manager (Saudi Nationals)for our client based in Taif , Saudi.

Candidate should have experience in Lease , Retail & Commercial or Bank Sales ---Must

Job Profile

  • Lead Leasing department by setting Goals, delegating tasks, providing support, monitoring performance & resolving tenant conflicts.
  • Develop and implement follow up strategies to help move potential tenants towards consummating a deal
  • Negotiate lease and sales terms which conform to the established criteria
  • Provide transaction related services (market analysis, space tours, financial analysis, drafting proposals, calculating commissions, etc.) in the leasing and sale of buildings
  • Oversee the preparation of tenant applications, processing of lease documentation and gathering of various lease-tenant data
  • Manage relationships with outside brokers
  • Assist in developing marketing materials (including, but not limited to, flyers, floor plans, brochures, stacking plans and maps) for space availabilities and properties for sale
  • Report to and update senior level personnel on calling program status, clients met, potential deals being generated, issues/concerns and next steps
  • Maintain regular contact with tenants and monitor lease expirations

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Retail/Malls leasing/Bank Sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance or related field required
  • Knowledge of regional real estate market is a big plus
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English
