Job description

We have an urgent requirement for Assistant Leasing Manager for our client based in Riyadh Saudi.


Job Profile

  1. Lead Leasing department by setting Goals, delegating tasks, providing support, monitoring performance & resolving tenant conflicts.
  2. Develop and implement follow up strategies to help move potential tenants towards consummating a deal.
  3. Negotiate lease and sales terms which conform to the established criteria.
  4. Provide transaction related services (market analysis, space tours, financial analysis, drafting proposals, calculating commissions, etc.) in the leasing and sale of buildings.
  5. Oversee the preparation of tenant applications, processing of lease documentation and gathering of various lease-tenant data.
  6. Manage relationships with outside brokers.
  7. Assist in developing marketing materials (including, but not limited to, flyers, floor plans, brochures, stacking plans and maps) for space availabilities and properties for sale.
  8. Report to and update senior level personnel on calling program status, clients met, potential deals being generated, issues/concerns and next steps.
  9. Maintain regular contact with tenants and monitor lease expirations.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years in Retail/Malls leasing.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance or related field required.
  3. Knowledge of regional real estate market is a big plus.
  4. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
