Assistant IV, Rassas Warehouse Job

An exciting opportunity is available for an Assistant, Rassas Warehouse, based in Riyadh.

Summary:

Carry out a range of warehouse and stores activities to ensure the smooth flow and availability of goods into and out of the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Providing support and guidance to junior colleagues.
2. Managing inbound and outbound operations, processing information and documentation as required.
3. Interacting with internal and external contacts to manage information on customer orders, supplier shipments, and product availability.
4. Coordinating the ordering, distribution, and tracking of inventory.
5. Assisting with matters related to finished products, packaging materials planning, and management.
6. Coordinating sales, maintenance, and production order entry into systems; maintaining vendor, supplier, and customer records.
7. Scheduling inbound and outbound logistics, including establishing arrival terms.
8. Preparing daily receiving, delivery, and shipping schedules.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma Degree.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Tasnee’s Supply Chain Systems.
• Transportation Emergency Response.
• Planning & Organizing.
• Inventory Management.
• Warehouse Management.
• Handling Mobile Warehouse Equipment.
• Materials Handling and Management.
• Operational Safety.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
