Overview

An Assistant Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing first-class employee relations services to the Human Resources Manager and management team to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with Human Resources strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and deliver first-class ER services to the HR Manager and management team.
  • Assist HR Manager with HR strategy, including succession planning processes.
  • Manage employee relations issues confidentially, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability matters.
  • Ensure recruitment and selection processes are followed and conduct necessary immigration checks.
  • Support departmental training requirements and help achieve departmental goals.
  • Control costs and assist in meeting financial targets.
  • Manage pay reviews, absence monitoring, and wage queries according to company guidelines.
  • Ensure completion of training on security, fire regulations, and other health and safety legislation.
  • Collaborate with local organizations and schools to promote the hospitality industry.
  • Assist and resolve team member and management queries.
Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources.
  • CIPD qualification.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • High standards of grooming and professionalism.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
