Rotana Hotels is seeking a passionate Assistant Government Relations Manager to oversee government relations and manage legal documentation. This role is crucial for maintaining compliance with local laws and fostering positive relationships with governmental bodies, ensuring the smooth operation of hotel functions.

As an Assistant Government Relations Manager you are responsible to assist in managing the government relations function, ensuring its overall efficiency and effectiveness in order to meet strategic business objectives and your role will include key responsibilities such as:
• Apply, maintain and renew all legal documents pertaining to individual colleagues in a timely manner in order to avoid fines and expiries and in accordance to business demand and the KSA Law
• Registration process and renew for all hotel vehicles
• Source and renew tenancy contracts according to business demand and ensure, that the accommodation expiry list is in order and updated tenancy contracts are filed and maintained
• Ensure that all hotel licenses are obtained and renewals are maintained in a timely manner
• Ensure that all legal documents pertaining to colleagues and the on boarding of the same are actioned according to company standards and the KSA Law
• Ensure that all legal documents pertaining to the cancellation of exiting colleagues and the repatriation of the same are actioned according to company standards and KSA Law
• Maintain a positive image and good working relationships with all government entities
