The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager supports the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. This role plays a key part in supervising staff, managing inventory, assisting with financial performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in managing restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service operations.
Supervise F&B staff, ensuring top-notch service and professional conduct.
Support inventory control, procurement, and vendor relations.
Monitor food and beverage quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Assist in scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of team members.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Enforce compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
Assist in budget planning and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
Collaborate on marketing and promotional activities for F&B outlets.
Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
Bachelors degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
24 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene regulations.
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant.
Familiarity with event management and banquet operations.
Certification in food safety or hospitality management is a plus.
