Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Director of Sales to support our sales team in achieving company targets and goals. The Assistant Director of Sales will play a key role in developing strategies, managing sales initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets and ensure they are met
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas of improvement
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvements
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth
- Experience working with CRM software is a plus
