Job Description

In conjunction with the Director of Sales, as an Assistant Director of Sales, you will be responsible for effective sales coverage of local, domestic, and international markets, maintaining the highest professional standards and adhering to the department's standard operating procedures.

You will coordinate and execute sales efforts within allocated market segments and revenue streams, follow up on potential sales leads, develop positive relationships with current, past, and potential accounts, manage mailing lists, update market data, and stay informed about competitors' activities. Ensuring compliance with corporate brand identity directives is also part of your responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify key revenue-generating areas, issues, and concerns, and act on them promptly.
  • Execute agreed objectives and achieve targets set by the DOS/DOSM.
  • Acquire a minimum of 15 new accounts each month.
  • Assist the DOS/DOSM in developing and executing realistic, measurable action plans.
  • Monitor and optimize rates to maximize revenue.
  • Manage accounts, develop relationships, and increase revenue.
