Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Director of Sales to support our sales team in achieving targets and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will assist the Director of Sales in developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and overseeing the sales team's performance.
Job Responsibility:
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential partnerships
- Manage key client accounts and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including training programs and performance evaluations
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and recommendations
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events to represent the company and promote products/services
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
