The Role Of Assistant Director Of People And Culture

We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Director of People and Culture to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team!

This role reports to our Director of People and Culture. You will be responsible for leading the People, Culture, and Learning strategy and execution for the hotel, with the overall goal of positioning the hotel as the Employer of Choice in your destination.

You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action and will include responsibilities such as championing top talent, supporting succession planning, supporting the hotel as a Business Partner, fostering relationships as a coach, supporting and driving Corporate People and Culture initiatives, actively supporting recruitment, onboarding, development, evaluating program effectiveness, and analyzing compensation trends to balance cost and employee experience. You will also develop the learning quality and experience on property, delivering workplace learning, development, performance programs, and initiatives to achieve long-term success.

They will be a strategic Business Partner with strong business acumen, understanding operational needs, and contributing to key strategies and decisions. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, and candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
