Job Summary:
As an Assistant Director of Front Office, you will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Director in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, guest services, and concierge departments. You will ensure exceptional customer service, smooth check-in and check-out processes, and efficient resolution of guest issues.

Job Responsibility:

  1. Assist the Front Office Director in managing and supervising the front desk, guest services, and concierge teams.
  2. Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  3. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Train front office staff on guest service standards, procedures, and policies.
  5. Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports related to front office operations.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest experience.
  7. Monitor and maintain front office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  8. Handle scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluation of front office staff.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to suggest improvements.

Candidate Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  2. Proven experience in front office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  3. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
  6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  7. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  8. Certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
