Role Description

The Assistant Director of Engineering at Rixos Hotels is a full-time, on-site role located in King Abdullah Economic City. The Assistant Director of Engineering will be responsible for managing engineering projects, leading a team of engineers, overseeing software development processes, and ensuring successful integration of engineering systems. Day-to-day tasks will include engineering management, team leadership, project management, and collaboration with various departments to maintain operational excellence.

2. Experience in Resort Background
3. Project Management capabilities
4. Proficiency in pre-opening processes
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical, or a related field
8. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a must.
