Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Brand Manager to join our high-performing Marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience within the FMCG industry. This role is essential in supporting brand growth, ensuring consistent market messaging, and executing initiatives that strengthen our competitive position and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans to drive brand awareness, market share, and consumer loyalty.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, trade marketing, product development, and supply chain) to ensure brand strategies are implemented seamlessly.
  • Monitor brand performance through sales data analysis, market trends, and competitor activity, and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in the development and rollout of promotional campaigns, packaging innovations, and product launches.
  • Maintain and manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and ROI tracking.
  • Collaborate with creative and media agencies to deliver compelling and consistent brand messaging across channels.
  • Ensure all branding activities align with regulatory requirements and corporate guidelines.
  • Participate in consumer research initiatives to gather insights and translate them into brand opportunities.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
