The Job
Enter data from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing, and data management purposes.
Conduct thorough research on construction-related topics or other ad hoc requests.
Generate ideas for new and existing tasks through multimedia creation.
Prepare documents to align with corporate guidelines, input data, and compile statistical reports.
Arrange meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and presentation materials.
Provide clerical support such as : updating and maintaining records and filing systems, updating website information, handling payments and assisting in special projects or assignments.
Perform administrative support duties such as: coordinating and supporting team activities, ordering office supplies and checking the condition of office equipment.
The Person
5 passes in HKCEE, including English (Syl. B) and Chinese Language OR 5 subjects obtained Level 2 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese.
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience. Work experience in estate agency, property development or housing management firms a definite advantage.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Strong interpersonal skill, customer oriented, self-motivated, attentive to details and a good team player.
