Job description

Work Location: KSA > Riyadh

An exciting opportunity is available for Assistant, Admin located in Riyadh.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides high level administrative support to the line manager by managing documentation, handling appointments and meetings, preparing statistical reports, controlling confidential data/information, and ensuring smooth operations at the management level, based on trust, integrity, and accountability.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provide office support services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Band Office.
  2. Receive, direct, and convey official messages via email, telephone, faxes, or any other communication system to ensure swift communication at all levels.
  3. Help, guide, and direct general visitors or employees to the appropriate staff member or arrange meetings accordingly.
  4. Maintain and manage official correspondence, confidential data, company policies, or employee-related data in a smart data storage and filing system, ensuring availability when required.
  5. Assist in the planning and execution of meetings and conferences, within or outside the office premises, as requested by management.
  6. Maintain an adequate inventory of general office supplies and stationery to ensure required items are readily available.
  7. Respond to public inquiries, conveying only correct information as per company policies and management orders.
  8. Draft and prepare official documents or perform other tasks assigned to assist the line manager.
  9. Perform other duties within the scope, if required.
  10. Ensure compliance with IMRS and Responsible Care.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma with 5 years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of related experience.

Job Specific Skills:

  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Understanding of department plant/functional processes.
  • Customer-oriented.
